Absolut Vanilia vodka, orgeat, lemon & butterfly pea Our journey begins at our sister restaurant The Adamson. It is named after Dr John Adamson, a renowned physician and photographic pioneer. The blue plaque at the front of the building bears his name.

Hamish's Strut
Havana Spiced rum, mango, peach & Fevertree Ginger Ale Just off South Street in Logies Lane you’ll find a statue of a ginger cat, Hamish McHamish. Featured in the book Hamish McHamish: Cool Cat About Town, Hamish charmed residents and visitors as he strutted about the town.

The Haunted Lady
Absolut vodka, pear, amaretto & coconut milk At the historic cathedral, you may encounter St Andrews’ most famous ghost. A spectral figure dressed in white, she is said to haunt the parapets and graveyard of the cathedral, before disappearing into the Haunted Tower.

Bumbu rum, honeydew & soda For those wanting a different kind of St Andrews experience, visit Castle Sands tidal pool, which sits between the famous West Sands and East Sands beaches. Surrounded by rocky formations, it offers a uniquely atmospheric swim.

Ki No Bi Sei Navy Strength gin, suze, rhubarb & ginger shrub Next we head to St Andrews Castle, where gunpowder played a pivotal role – featuring prominently in its defences, a bloody siege, and a famous underground battle.

Beefeater Pink gin, lemon, Nero d'Avola & vanilla The University of St Andrews is where Prince William and Catherine Middleton first met while living at St Salvator’s Hall. Like them, undergraduates at the University famously wear red gowns for formal events.

Deacon Scotch Whisky, Earl Grey syrup, apple & rosemary St Andrews is famously tied to the 1981 Oscar-winning film Chariots of Fire. Its iconic opening scene—where Olympic athletes run in slow motion on the sand— was filmed on West Sands Beach.
